I have lived in Seattle three times in 12 years. It has something that keeps pulling me back, obviously. The surrounding nature and breath-taking scenery is something I cherish and truly enjoy. But the city and its characters are a completely different fascination for me. Most of us do some form of "people watching" or another. Let's face it, we are a fascinating species, full of so many surprises.
