The country of Argentina has a very sad problem on their hands. Thousands of unwanted dogs roam the cities and country side fending for themselves. Only the larger dogs seem to survive this very difficult way of life. The Government recently cut all spay and neuter programs which would have helped the problem. A few wonderful and dedicated souls feed the dogs they can as often as they can and that's only a drop in the dog bowl. In spite of sharing a county with most of the population not caring, I could see the beautiful spirit of each animal I saw still shining through, no matter their circumstance.
