In Washington State we have beautiful rivers that span the mountains from tiny creeks to giant, earth moving rivers. Each has its own character and grace as it makes its way to the ocean; pass any obstacle it may encounter along its journey. As I stand in these rivers, or along its banks, I'm reminded that I am never here to conquer, only to connect. I look for the subtle, yet beautiful, flow around the boulders, fallen trees and gravel banks. This is truly one of my favorite places on earth to spend my time.
