Portraits are either created by posing and directing your subject or by just catching them in a very natural way in a moment in time. I have always enjoyed the natural way, but directing gives you the ability to create something out of the ordinary. Either way, when I photograph someone, I always look for what makes them who they are and reflects their personality.
