The country of Argentina has a very sad problem on their hands. Thousands of unwanted dogs roam the cities and country side fending for themselves. Only the larger dogs seem to survive this very difficult way of life in the rural areas. The Government recently cut all spay and neuter programs which would have helped the problem. A few wonderful and dedicated people feed the dogs as best they can, but it's only a drop in the dog bowl. In spite of living in such a survival mode, I could see the beautiful spirit of each animal I saw still shining through, no matter their circumstance.
